Ishta Terms

These Terms govern your use of Ishta. By creating an account or using Ishta, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Ishta.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may not impersonate another person or create a profile that misleads other users.

Your Content

You are responsible for posts, comments, photos, profile information, and other content you submit to Ishta. You grant Ishta permission to host, display, process, transform, cache, and moderate that content so the service can operate.

When you select a public profile or public-post visibility, you also direct Ishta to make the eligible content available to people who are not signed in. Public content may have stable web addresses and may be linked to, cached, or indexed by conventional search engines. Changing visibility or deleting content removes it from Ishta's active public services, but cannot recall copies already downloaded or retained by third parties.

Safety Rules

• Do not post harassment, bullying, threats, hate, sexual content, nudity, graphic violence, spam, scams, or private information.
• Do not use Ishta to abuse, intimidate, or evade blocks from other users.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Moderation

Ishta may use automated checks, user reports, and internal review to hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Users can report posts, comments, and profiles, and can block other users from seeing or interacting with them.

Google Maps and Places

Ishta uses Google Maps and Places for restaurant search and maps. By using these features, you agree to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Service Changes

Ishta may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and may update these Terms by changing the Last updated date and providing notice when appropriate.
